Tamam is an Algerian freelance marketplace. Businesses and individuals hire skilled freelancers for design, development, marketing, writing, video and more, and pay safely in dinars.

No. Creating an account, publishing services and sending proposals is free. Tamam only takes a fee when money changes hands, and the rates are shown before you pay.

The site is in Arabic, French and English. You can write your services, projects and messages in any of them.

Order a ready-made service from the services page, or post a project for free and choose among the proposals you receive. You can message a freelancer before ordering.

You pay when you order and Tamam holds the money. The freelancer is paid only after you approve the delivery. If you don't respond, the order is completed automatically 7 days after delivery, unless you have asked for a refund.

A service fee of 3% is added to the price of a service at checkout. For projects, 3% is added to each milestone you fund.

The methods available, such as CIB and Edahabia cards or your Tamam balance, are shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider: we never see your full card number.

Ask the freelancer for the revisions included in the service. If that doesn't solve it, request a refund from the order page before approving the delivery. If the freelancer declines, the Tamam team reviews the order and decides. Refunds go to your Tamam balance, and you can ask us to send the money back by bank or CCP transfer.

Switch to selling from your account, complete your profile with the “Build my profile” guide, then create your first service. Complete, verified profiles are the ones clients trust first.

Yes, a service costs at least 2,000 DZD. We believe your work is worth it: price it with confidence.

10% of each completed order. On projects, 10% of each milestone released.

When an order is completed, your earnings go to your Tamam balance. You withdraw them to a bank or CCP account in your own name (RIB or RIP), and our team checks and sends each withdrawal. Withdrawals start at 1,000 DZD.

It is strongly recommended: verified freelancers get a badge and win more trust. You send an identity document and a selfie from your account, and we may ask for it before a withdrawal.

Complete your profile, add portfolio work, answer messages quickly and deliver on time to climb the levels. You can also sponsor a service from 500 DZD to show it first.

No. Payments and conversations must stay on Tamam: that is what protects you, and it is the only record we can use in a dispute. Accounts that move clients outside Tamam may be suspended.
