How it works

Five steps to a job well done

  1. 1

    Describe your need

What you want, what it is for, your deadline and your budget. Two or three examples you like help a lot.

    Post a project
  2. 2

    Choose the right freelancer

Look at the verified badge, the reviews (only possible after a completed order), the level, the portfolio and how fast they reply.

    Browse services
  3. 3

    Pay safely

Pay by CIB or Edahabia card or from your Tamam balance. Tamam holds the money, and the freelancer starts work knowing it's there.

  4. 4

    Follow the work

Answer questions quickly and use the revisions included in the package. Messages and files stay in the order.

  5. 5

    Approve and review

Check the delivery, approve it to release the payment, then leave an honest review to help other clients.

Protected payments

The money goes to the freelancer only when you approve

When you order, Tamam holds your payment. The freelancer delivers through the platform, and the money is released only once you approve. If the work isn't delivered, you can request a refund from your orders.

  1. Held The client pays. Tamam holds the money.
  2. Delivered The freelancer delivers the work.
  3. Approved The client approves. The payment is released.
