How it works

Six steps from sign-up to payment

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up with your email or Google. The same account works for buying and selling: switch to selling from your menu whenever you want.

  2. 2

    Build a solid profile

A real photo (800 × 900 px), a clear headline, a description, your skills and languages, your portfolio and your payout details. The guide shows your progress as a percentage.

  3. 3

    Verify your identity

Send your ID once. The verified badge reassures clients who don't know you yet.

  4. 4

    Publish your services

A precise title, a cover of 1280 × 800 px that shows the result, and three packages with exact deliverables, delays and revisions.

    Answer projects

Clients post projects and compare offers. Read the brief, write a personal offer and show a relevant example of your work.

  6. 6

    Deliver and get paid

Deliver through the order page. Once the client approves, the amount goes to your earnings and you can withdraw it to your payout account.

Protected payments

You start working when the money is already there

The client pays when ordering, by CIB or Edahabia card or from their Tamam balance. Tamam holds the money during the work and releases it when the client approves the delivery. If something goes wrong, the order history shows everything that was agreed.

  1. Held The client pays. Tamam holds the money.
  2. Delivered The freelancer delivers the work.
  3. Approved The client approves. The payment is released.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

When the client approves the delivery, the amount, minus the Tamam fee, is added to your earnings. You can then request a withdrawal to the payout account you added in your settings. The minimum withdrawal is 10 DZD.

What if the client and I disagree?

Talk it through on the order page first. If you can't agree, contact support with the order number: everything exchanged on Tamam is kept, which helps settle the case.
